All of the staff were just amazing. The young lady at the front desk was nothing short of amazing. The young man at breakfast was great. Beds were comfy.

Middle of the salt flat, probably best hotel in the area.
Front desk service was excellent but at the restaurant it was a miss, waited for 25mins nothing came out and was told to wait for another 15...front desk addressed that afterward, really appreciated that

Lovely unique hotel with spa facilities. Great views. Food and drink expensive compared to elsewhere in Bolivia. 5 star hotel with 5 star prices.
Transfer back to airport works out expensive if more than 1 person as charge per person rather than vehicle, so if 2 people or more taxi is cheaper

For a small business hotel, it's pretty good in general. A few things could be improved, I asked for fresh towels, they keep. Re folding the towels and putting them back.
